The Petroleum Mechanic Helper (PMH) Training Course is your gateway to higher levels of certification as a Petroleum Mechanic. Certification as a PMH is regulated by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) under the Technical Standards and Safety Act and Ontario Regulation 216/01.
